Maggie Harris

Maggie works to keep the department moving forward, looking for ways to implement new technologies and media trends into the overall marketing efforts of the college, while ensuring publications and marketing projects are finished by their deadlines. Maggie also manages the college advertising budget, writes news releases and takes photographs and generates content for the college’s social media platforms.


Joe Vinduska

Joe prepares news releases, photographs and other content for the area media. He also spends significant time posting to Barton’s various social media platforms and monitoring and facilitating interactions. Joe is also responsible for the monthly event calendar and assisting with advertising or marketing when necessary.


Aaron Weber

Aaron’s talents are on display on the college’s YouTube channel, which can be found by searching Barton Community College on YouTube or click the “YouTube” logo on the Barton home page. He can frequently be seen shouldering professional-grade video camera at college events, from sports and media functions to graduation ceremonies. Aaron handles the promotional videos, program videos and TV commercials for the college. Courtney spends her time collecting content across the institution to be used in future promotional campaigns. She can frequently be seen with a camera or phone in her hands while capturing the typical Barton student experience through photographs and videos to be used for short-form social media content. She is always looking for the latest trend, so if you have any ideas for ways to promote the College or its many programs online let her know! 


Amanda Staab

Amanda keeps track of advertising placement and creative development deadlines and places ad buys and secures media contracts for Barton on various media channels including but not limited to: radio, television, internet, newspaper, and magazine advertisements. She creates Facebook and Google campaigns and is always searching for new tools and opportunities to better promote Barton, and also tackles administrative tasks for the office like: finances, requisitions, etc., assisting the Chief Communications Officer in planning the marketing budget each year.


Samantha Stueder

Whether you are trying to locate a font color or you need a whole new page within the site, Samantha can help you find a solution to any web-related question. She maintains the website and its many pages, ensuring everything is running smoothly. She also trains the web editors at the various departments across campus.


Connie Wagner

Connie helps to maintain the consistency and quality of Barton’s brand elements, like the Cougar logo and Barton wordmark. She designs print and social media advertisements, posters, calendars, digital displays, outdoor signage, billboards, vehicle wraps and countless other promotional materials for Barton. She also works with Samantha to keep the overall look of our website updated and within the brand guidelines.


Sasha Bingaman

Sasha works closely with Connie on design projects and works directly with faculty and staff across campus to develop designs and publications while upholding Barton’s brand standards.
