Access remote Employee Email. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 

Read below to follow setup directions or to setup Cougar email forwarding. 

Setup Barton Email on an iPad or Phone

If the Mail App no longer rotates when you change screen directions use the instructions below to fix the problem.

While in the mail App do the following:

Hold down the power button until "slide to power down" is shown. Let go of the power button and hold the home button until the mail App closes.

Account Settings Example:

Email: (Barton email)
Server: mail2.bartonccc.edu
Domain: admin
Username: (Last name and first initial)
Password: (Email password)
Description: Exchange

Cougar Email Forwarding 

Follow the directions below to forward your Cougar email, or watch the instructional video

  1. Login to the MyBarton Portal and select "Email"
  2. Select "Settings"
  3. Click "Forwarding and POP/IMAP"
  4. Once you are in the Forwarding and POP/IMAP window you will select Forwarding and fill in your Email and select save changes
  5. You will then be given prompts to follow to finish your verification process.
